Mary Ann Mullins was convicted of stealing four silk handkerchiefs. Amelia Hayball and Mary Ann Mullins were indicted for having stolen six yards of ribbon, and Joan Hancock for having received the same, knowing it to have been stolen. Hayball not guilty, Mullins and Hancock guilty. Bristol Mercury, 13 April 1833. Somerset Assizes.
