1838: Married Sarah Radford/Ryan (Louisa 1827) at Scots church, Sydney - Sarah was the widow of Thomas Ryan (Ann & Amelia 1825).




One notation on John Broom's Certificate of Freedom which was granted on 16th January 1829 states that "cleared out on the ship "Harmony" for Calfornia on the 18th January 1850". Another notation states "Cleared out on "Marianne ****" for H B Town on 17 April 1841" (Presumably Hobart Town)
