Convict Notes
John Costelloe was convicted at Clare for "unlawful oaths" 02/06/1831. Life sentence. Transported to NSW, Australia on the 'Asia', departing 06/08/1831. John became ill on the voyage from pneumonia. He died 03/12/1831, just after it's arrival. Aged 21yrs.
