John married Frances Elizabeth Johnson (Convict, Northampton, 1815) on 11 September 1815 at Windsor. No Issue. This relationship did not seem to last and they were both in new relationships a few years later. Frances was remarried in 1824 and John himself in 1833. He married Kezia Smith the daughter of Edward Turleigh Smith (Convict, Marquis Cornwallis, 1796) and Jane Maher (Convict, Britannia, 1797). The couple had two children in the next few years but John died in 1837.
