John Holland was 29 years old on arrival in VDL and was transported for 'maiming 7 sheep and 1 mare". John was 5'8 1/2" tall, sallow complexion, light brown hair, brown whiskers, blue eyes, scar on right leg. John was also married with 3 children. 1846: TOL 10/10/1850: Married Judith Farrell (per 'Tasmania' 1845) she was 67. Judith died in 1853 and then John married Honora Kennigan (Australasia 1849) on 15/6/1853.
