John Otter was 35 years old on arrival in VDL, and was transported for stealing 12 ewes and lambs, the property of Mr Smithson. Surgeons Report: Unexceptional, useful as a teacher. John had a Scar on top of his forehead, hazel eyes, dark brown hair, was 5'7 1/4" tall, married, wife Frances and 1 child. John died on 11/9/1836, less than 4 months after he arrived.
