21/4/1847 Single 20 year old convicted in the County Court/Old Bailey London for "felonously abusing 10 year old girl". 23/11/1847 Centured to 15 years in "Millbank Prison" - exiled from Millbank Prison England on board the ship "Eden and then transferred to the ship "Willwatch" 30/9/1848 Sailed from Woolwich, Portsmouth on board "Eden" (Bread and Water) 4/2/1847 Arrived ? 12/2/1949 Sent to Portland Bay per "Willwatch". 1850 Married Jane Theresa Ennis born Dublin, Ireland 1837 and together they had eleven children
