Elisa Johnston and Owen Connor, stealing the 12th April, at Nenagh, a piece of cloth value 19s., the properly of Mr. Francis Byrne, who •aw her steal it from his shop in company with Connor; followed them and saw her drop the piece of cloth; arrested both the prisoners, and gave them and the cloth in custody to Constable Sweeny, who identified the cloth now, as did also Mr. Byrne— Guilty. —To be transported for seven years.
