Colonial Trial; Maitland - 19 September 1846 - Offence; Murder of his wife, [Bridget Johnstone] He kicked her in the belly, lived for 28 hours. States he was jealous of her, had been married for 26 years. To NSW - Eliza 1827. Tried at Limerick for Robbery 7 years Sentence; 14 years Transported to V.D.L. Per; Lousia Trade; Tinman, Aged; 46 years old 1851 - 31 January 1851. Died in Hospital Hobart
