Richard Jones transported for life for arson on the Parkfield helped build the road to Goulburn when pardoned had to stay in the Ulladulla area worked as a farmer and then brought his family out on the Garland his youngest son Joseph died at sea age 11,Robert Garrad 1811 convicted and transported on the Admiral Gambier Friends he was granted a pardon 31/1/1818 and was employed by Thomas Wilford a large sydney landholder from 1816 until sometime after 1826 He married a Sarah Taylor 16/10/1826 he got a land grant in Ulladulla NSW called Wickham Hill the farm lies northwest of Garrads Lane

Ticket of Leave: 19 August 1846 Conditional Pardon: 1 March 1851. Wife Elizabeth and children Richard, Sarah, John and William journeyed out aboard "Garland" in 1851 to reunite with Richard. They settled in Milton/Ulladulla area.
