The guard comprises 30 men of the 1st Foot (Royals), under orders of Lieut. Lewis. Sydney Gazette, 13 Jan 1821.

25 April 1834 - Crime: Bring found at Kangaroo Point without a proper pass, having in his possession one to proceed to Oatlands, but which had expired. Punishment: Admonished. 2 Feb 1835 - Crime: drunk and disorderly. Punishment: 2 hours in the stocks.
