Around 1823, Timothy commenced living with Catherine Smith (Convict, Francis & Eliza, 1815). Catherine had been living with Daniel McLeece (Convict, Somersetshire, 1814) and they had 4 children born between 1816 and 1823 (Rosannah, Jane, Patrick and John).
