At the last Adjourned Sessions for this county, the following prisoners (besides those before mentioned) were sentenced to be transported for seven years; viz ... -Samuel Keeler and Robt. Potter for stealing a male ass from E. Gravelling, of Thornage. - Norfolk Chronicle, 28 March 1829.

Two previous convictions for larceny both in 1828. First sentenced to be 'Whipped' then 'One month and whipped' finally 'Transportation - 7 years'.
