13/4/1839 Leeds Times Yorkshire, England: WEST RIDING SESSIONS BURGLARY AT BIRSTAL. JAMES RHODES (24), CHARLES KEIGHLEY (27), JOSHUA KELLETT, and JOHN RAMSBOTTOM, charged with having burglariously broken and entered the dwelling-house of Benj. Gomersall, of Birstal, and stolen ten gold rings, a pair of silver spectacles a silber pencil case, and various other articles. Joshua Kellet was 25 years old on arrival, he could read and write, 5'5" tall, ruddy complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes, small blue scar on right cheek, another over right eyebrown, scar on bridge of nose, mole on right side of throad, scar back of right hand. Married with 1 child. 27/9/1845: TOL 14/1/1850: COF 1850: Married Harriet Evans at Maitland - no children listed. 1885: Married Katherine Cramp/Geary/Morris at St. Peter's Anglican, Armidale. Katherine Kellett died in Qld. 23/6/1917. Joshua Kellett died at the Seorge St. Asylum, Parramatta and was buried at the Rookwood Cemetery.
