Protestant, able to read & write, Status; Single 1852 - Name; James Kelly. Departures as a Steerage passenger. Departure date: 21 Jan 1852 Departure port: Launceston Ship: City of Melbourne. Bound to: Melbourne Ship to colony: Nile 1857 - Tried Hobart Town. 27 October 1857. Willful murder of Coleman Laughlin. Sentence to be hanged. 1857 - 28 November 1857. Executred at Hobart.
