List of 80 male convicts (originally sent on Guildford 1812) be embarked per Ruby of Calcutta to Hobart Town, with the indents from Guildford, master Johnson, in 1812. https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON13-1-1$init=CON13-1-1P23 The entry “45. Thomas Kelly, tried at La Valetta , Malta, 28 Jan 1808, Life” has been crossed out and written alongside. “This is not the Kelly who is sent. This correction made the 16 Feby. 1812. initialled J.T? Instead: 45. Thomas Kelly, 2nd, tried Lancaster Assizes, 10 Sept 1810, fourteen years.”
