James Kennedy was 19 years old - native place: Greenock. James was literate, protestant, single, 5'8½" tall, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, dark hazel eyes, scar on upper part of nose, large diagonal scar top of centre of forehead, scar back of right hand, scar and burnt mark back of left hand, large scar inside small of left leg. 14/11/1840: Convict Death Register - James Kennedy died at the Sydney Hospital, aged 19.
