Thomas Kenning was born in Braunston,Northamptonshire,UK. Married to an ancestor of mine, Catherine Collins, in 1831. His parents were Joseph and Hannah Kenning. He was sentenced to death in 1833 for the burglary and theft of a violin and case. He was reprieved, and transported to Australia on board the ship Aurora.He had a conditional and absolute pardon in 1847. No more information of him after 1847.
