William Kerr, Henry Duncan Kerr, aud Thomas Kerr, accused of seven different acts of theft, house-breaking, sheep-stealing, &c. were, after protracted a trial, found guilty, when Thomas and William Kerr were sentenced transported for life, and Henry for 14 years. Fife Herald, 30 April 1835.
