Place of origin: Roxburgh, Roxburghshire No; 638 Trade; Maltster & Farm Labourer Aged; 36 years old Status; Married - 2 children 1839 - 26 Nov. Sentence; 12 months. Feloniously receiving sundry articles 1840 - 3 Oct. Sentence; 2 years 1852 - 15 April 1852. Saltwater River Insane Asylum: 1854 - John Kerr was convicted of an aggravated assault upon Thomas Field, by biting his ear, and sentenced to be imprisoned and kept to hard labor for two years. 1855 - 13 April 1855. Saltwater River Insane Asylum: Discharged; 23 July 1856 Cured to Hobart Town
