Proper Name; John Kershaw Height; 5 ft 9 inches, aged 45 years, Protestant, Unable to read or write. Single Trial; Sydney Supreme Court - 1 May 1837. Sentence: life to 15 years Offence; Stealing a Horse. was with 2 bushrangers 3 or 4 days, they stole the horse and he sold it, they were not taken. Held a Ticket of Leave at the time Believes the 2 brothers had be taken and hung Tried for Manchester for stealing money from a girl on the Town called Jane Tennant No other convictions To NSW Marquis of Huntley - 1826 Death Under Sentence - CON63-1-2/1355275 No; 13062.
