Tuesday the Assizes commenced at the County-Hall, when the following Prisoners were capitally convicted, viz: ... James Rose and Thomas Kilbury, for breaking open the house of Mary Rony, at Alverstoke, and stealing thereout nine pair of shoes, her property. -Death. Hampshire Chronicle, 7 March 1803.
