The printed indentures state that James Killaspy was 27 years old; that he could neither read or write; religion Roman Catholic; status married with no children. A native of county of Sligo. He was convicted of fire arms at Sligo and sentenced on 16 March 1833 to Life. One prior conviction for which he served 3 weeks. Physical attributes are height 5 feet 5 1/2 inches; complexion sallow and freckled; hair brown mixed with grey and grey eyes. Prison number 34-2384 and transport number 153.
