George Cook, George Kilminster, George Lawrence, and Thomas Masters, committed Jan. 25, by C. W. Codrington, Esq. the said George Cook, charged with having on Saturday night, the ? of Doc. last, burglariously broken and entered the dwelling house of Francis Evans, at the parish of Wapley and Codrington, and stolen therefrom one note and twelve sovereigns and half, the property of the said Francis Evans, and the said George Kilminster, Geo. Lawrence, and Thomas Masters, with being accessaries with the said George Cook, in breaking open the said dwelling house. Gloucestershire Chronicle, 1 Feb 1834. George Kilminster, for breaking open the dwellinghouse of F. Evans, at Wapley and Codrington, and stealing 12 sovereigns, &c.; Bath Chronicle, 10 April 1834. George Laurence, and Geo. Kilminster, 18, were charged with having broken open the dwelling-house of Mr. Francis Evans, and stolen therefrom 12 sovereigns, half a sovereign, and a five pound bank note. verdict of not guilty against Lawrence; guilty against Kilminster; transportation for life, and to be kept to hard labour one month previous. Gloucestershire chronicle, 12 April 1834. TRANSPORTATION.-for Life: Thomas Long, William Lloyd, Richard Swayne, John Martin, Joseph Griffiths, Robert Goslin, and George Kilminster. ... Bristol Mercury, 12 April 1834. On Monday last, George Kilminster, William Shepherd, Joseph Griffiths, Richard Bushell. and Abel Hanks, were removed from our County Gaol, on board the Ganymede hulk, at Woolwich; the first four for life, and the latter for seven years. George Kilminster was transported for robbing his step-father. 1843: TOL Yass 15/2/1842: CP 1844: Married Elizabeth Hillier/Heliar at St James, Melbourne. They had 7 children. Elizabeth came free per Strathfieldsay and was 20 years old, and 23 when she married George. Elizabeth had a child, Henry, who was adopted by George. 17/4/1860: George owned the Plough Inn on the Wagga Wagga Road, Albury. 1861: George died at Albury.
