JOHN KILMINSTER and CHARLES STANLEY were indicted for stealing, on the 8th of November, at St. Luke, in the dwelling-house of James Huson, 2 gowns, value 4l.; 1 pelisse, value 3l.; 52 shirts, value 6l.; 4 sheets, value 1l.; 4 shifts, value 10s.; 1 counterpane, value 2s.; 1 night-gown, value 1s. 6d.; 1 apron, value 1s., and 4 handkerchiefs, value 2s., his property; and 3 gowns, value 25s.; 4 petticoats, value 6s.; 3 handkerchiefs, value 7s.; 1 pair of shoes, value 3s.; 1 pair of stockings, value 1s.; 1 pair of stays, value 1s. 6d.; 4 aprons, value 2s.; 1 pair of ear-rings, value 3s.; 3 caps, value 8s.; 1 pair of scissors, value 2s., and 1 bonnet, value 3s. , the goods of Jane Sanderson , spinster .
