28/3/1857 Manchester Courier and Lancashire General Advertiser Greater Manchester, England:
POLICE
On Tuesday, a man named William Kilner, was charged with robbery, with violence, from Mrs. Elizabeth Massey, wife of Mr. William Hallworth Massey, Barton-upon-Irwell.
(William was listed as 28 years old.)

William was single, 5’11” tall, light brown hair, hazel eyes, long face, fair complexion, middling stout, cut left eyebrow, cut right little finger.

6/9/1865 The Inquirer and Commercial News, Perth:
William Kilner, c.p., was charged with drunkenness in Hay Street, and fines 5s.
