He was tried for stealing at Old Bailey on 20 12 1812, sentenced to Life, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 11 6 1813 after a voyage of 7.5months on FORTUNE; he was Protestant. He became a Naval officer boat crew member. He had a relationship with Mary/Ann (James her third (3of5) relationship).
