3/3/1840: Arrived Norfolk Island 3/3/1844: Arrived VDL per 'Maitland'. 1844: TOL on arrival in VDL Matthew was then described as: 31 years old, a shepherd, 5'7½" tall, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, black whiskers, hazel eyes, native place: Dublin, Lost part of left arm, scar on left eyebrow. 6/7/1846: COF 15/10/1846: Passenger, George Town to Port Phillip per 'Shamrock'.

Matthew King was 28 years old on arrival - he was single. Native Place: Meath County Occupation: Soldier/Nailor (or could that be tailor??)
