The Gazette. GOVERNMENT NOTICES.—The Lieutenant Governor has been pleased to extend to the following convicts, the indulgences stated after their names respectively, as rewards for meritorious conduct, viz : —To Henry Pratt, per Woodman, a conditional pardon ; Thomas Kirk, Mangles, a remission of the unexpired term of two years extension of original sentence, passed in August 1837 — for valuable service rendered the police.
