Dover Telegraph and Cinque Ports General Advertiser Kent, England 18 Mar 1843 SHEEP STGEALING. Isaac Kneller, 33, Joseph Miles, 25, John Ready, 28, Wm. Miles, 33, were indicted for stealing two ewe sheep, value £2, the property of Margaret Worthington, at Speldhurst.—lsaac Kneller guilty ; the others not guilty. The above prisoners were again placed at the bar, charged with having stolen on tea urn and one iron boiler, value £1 2s., the property of Caroline Jones, at Ashurst. There being no evidence against William and Joseph Miles his lordship directed their acquittal.__Kneller, transported 15 years ; Ready, 6 months' hard labour. Given a CP on arrival in Tasmania, he sailed to Victoria per 'Margaret & Agnes' on 6/7/1850. 1840: Married Eliza Ring Harvey. Children: Isaac Tanner Kneller 1843-1889 Isaac lived the rest of his life in Collingwood, Melbourne. 1852: Married Harriet Harrison (VIC BDM). 1859: Isaac Kneller born at Collingwood--Isaac died aged 13 days in 1859. 1862: Sands & McDougall's commercial and general Melbourne directory: 227 Johnston street, Abbotsford - Kneller, Isaac, mason. 12/11/1872: Isaac died, aged 63, and was buried at the Melbourne General Cemetery, Victoria. Listed as KNELLOR on the VIC BDM.
