Husband; Samuel Jones a shoemaker i girl child aged 19 months on board Orphan: Rebecca LACEY Mother: LACEY, Margaret Father: , Mother's ship: William Bryan Father's ship: Age when admitted: 2yrs Date admitted: 9 Sep 1834 Date discharged: 30 Jul 1846 Institution(s): Queens Orphan School Discharged to: Captain Addis, Geelong Remarks: mother's name Margaret Lacey on convict record - admitted from Female Factory References: SWD7, 28, CSO5/86/1885, CSO5/191/4635 his orphan has been claimed by: Bob Warren Rebecca was discharged from the Orphanage in 1846 and was apprenticed a Mr Addis in Geelong, Victoria. She married John Martin of Ballarat in 1853 and raised 10 children. She died in Ballarat in 1916 aged 85 years.
