Family: sisters Johannah & Mary; Patrick Beston father of children Johanna, on board aged 9 & John, on board aged 6); although there are no records to indicate a formal marriage Desc: aged 32 from Limerick IRE, widow, dark complexion, dark brown hair, light hazel eyes, freckled, 4'11" tall, illiterate, RC Trades: kitchen & housemaid Punishment books: 1 Oct 1851 - disorderly conduct, received 10 days separate treatment. Officer Mr John Mathews, The Superintendent 29 May 1852 - disorderly conduct, received separate apartment until further orders. Officer Mrs Elizabeth Hodgins, Assistant Matron 23 Jun 1852 - disorderly conduct, received 3 days bread & water. Officer Mrs Eliza Serviss, Overseer 19 Jul 1852 - singing in the mess, received 3 days bread & water. Officer Mr John Serviss, Overseer 27 Aug 1852 - disorderly conduct, received 3 days bread & water. Officer Miss Charlotte McCullough, Matron Permission to marry 31 Jan 1854, withdrawn.
