Court of Criminal Jurisdiction. Friday. Rose Lamb was indicted for feloniously stealing from the person of James Turcliff, between the hours of 6 and 7 in the evening of the 15th of April last, sundry promissory notes of hand, the property of the said James Turcliff, and was adjudged Guilty —The Court adjourned to Monday next. Sydney Gazette, 15 Jun 1816. C???? ?? C??????? J???????????. On Tuesday the Court re?opened at one o’clock; when the several prisoners that had been convicted were placed at the bar to receive sentence. Rose Lamb, for larcenies, to be imprisoned in the Gaol at Parramatta for six months, and afterwards be transported to Newcastle for the term of seven years.
