Elizabeth LANE was convicted at Hereford and received a 7 yr transportation sentence. Sent to New South Wales, Australia per the 'Henry Wellesley'. Elizabeth was aged 30 yrs and had her seven month old child with her. Elizabeth suffered severe Diarrhoea and died 14th Jan 1836, at sea. Details of her baby not known. (ref. Ship surgeon's journal)
