Salisbury. March 15. The business of the Wilts Assizes commenced here on Monday before Mr Justice Chamber and Mr Baron Graham, and ended Tuesday. Three prisoners were capitally convicted and received sentence of death, viz, ... and Jonas Lansley, for stealing several Bank of England and Andover Bank notes, a promissory note for 150/- and a pinchbeck watch, from the dwelling-house of Mr James Martin, in Collingbourne Ducis.
