Patrick was listed as being 19 years old on arrival, birth date 1833. He was 5'2" tall, fair complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, could read and write a little, single. 17/10/1854: TOL 11/4/1857: CP 4/7/1874: Married Kezia Rachel Mead at Hobart - they had 14 children - Patrick was listed as a sawyer and Kezia as the daughter of a carpenter - she was born in the colony. (11/8/1870: Kezia aged 18 married Edwin Kenward at Hobart). 22/10/1910 The Mercury, Hobart: DEATHS. LAVELL.-On October 20, 1910, at his son's residence, Lindisfarne, Henry Patrick Lavell, aged 75 years. Special steamer will leave Cattle Jetty (Domain) on Sunday, the 23rd inst., at 8 a.m., Lindisfarne 9 a.m., arriving at Cornelian Bay Cemetery at 9.15 a.m.
