(these would be Eleanor abt 1810 (from 1828 census), Julia and William 11 Aug 1813 - birth of daughter, Julia. Father William Williams. Baptised February 1814. Mother's abode Pitt Town 18 July 1814 - married William Williams at St Matthew's Church in Windsor. both made their mark. Witnesses were Michael Gavagan who signed, and Margaret Cavanough, who also signed, and school master Joseph Harpur. 28 Sept 1814 - birth of son William. Baptised on 27 March 1815 at St John's Parramatta by Rev Benj'm Vale. 26 Feb 1819 -birth of daughter Mary Anne. Baptised when she was aged 13 months, on 19 March 1820, at St Matthew's Church Windsor. 1822 Muster as "Leaghy" Fr by Serv. Wife of William Williams. Resident at Windsor. Four children "Leaghy" recorded with her. 1825 Muster. Fr by Serv, at Windsor, Wife of William Williams. 1828 Census: as Julia WILLIAMS, aged 48 yrs. Catholic. Fr by Serv. Wfe of William Williams. William WILLIAMS aged 51, Prot, arrived 1798 on "Hillsborough" Conditional Pardon. Farmer. CHILDREN, all listed as Protestant, BC Eleanor (age 18) Julia (age 16) William (age 14) Mary Anne (age 9)
Julia Leahy was tried at Dublin Quarter Sessions before the Recorder on Wed 10 August 1808, for stealing and was sentenced to 7 years transportation. She was aged 25, and a laundress. “Julia Leahy, for stealing one bolster, two pillows and a pair of blankets from John Hughes - guilty, to be transported seven years."
