COUNTY COURT. MONDAY The Court was opened at ten o’clock by Judge Torrens. Timothy ? was indicted for stealing sheep belonging to a man named Dunn, who having proved the robbery, and the ultimate discovery of the property in his possession of Lahy, the jury without hesitation found the prisoner Guilty. Sentence not passed. Waterford Mail, 24 Oct 1832. Timothy Lahy and Edmond Brien, convicted of sheep stealing—to transported for 7 years. Waterford Mail, 27 Oct 1832.
