Daniel Leary was indicted for stealing £3 from the person Richard Browne. The prosecutor deposed that was at last Cork fair, the prisoner put his hand into witness's pocket, and took out the money ; witness then seized him, and gave him to Mr Sheriff Feirier.—Guilty. The sentences of the above prisoners were postponed. Southern Reporter, 15 Aug 1833. Daniel Leary, stealing from the person of Richard Browne— Transportation for 7 years.
