Timothy Leary, was deprived of his ticket-of-leave, and sent to a road party, for gross prevarication when under examination as a witness. The Tasmanian, 13 Sept 1833. Timothy Leary, per Pilot, has been deprived of his ticket of leave for wilful, gross, and long sustained prevarication. Hobart Town Courier, 20 Sep 1833.
