Family connections for Elizabeth (Leath) may be: LEATH Elizabeth (Leath) was tried at Norfolk Quarter Sessions, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW on 17 3 1803 after a voyage of 6.5months on HMS GLATTON. It may be she who lived with George Henry (Ham) (her first? relationship) after 1816 & they are recorded in 1822 as living at Baulkham Hills.>>> [Some details taken from this Website] George Henry (Ham) was born about 1770 & became a miner. He was tried for violent highway robbery w/1other of John (Cossal), on 22 12 1798. stealing money at Old Bailey on 9 1 1799 (quick justice), sentenced to death commuted to Life, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 20 11 1800 after a voyage of 8months on ROYAL ADMIRAL. In 1804 he was servant to Mr. D D (Mann) in Sydney when he received a severe shock from lightning which caused loss of sight & mental trouble for several days. He was Free by Servitude by 1806 & married firstly Ann (Upton her first relationship) on 15 9 1806 at St Phillips CofE Sydney. He was living at Hawkesbury in 1810. He separated from Ann after 1816, then lived with Elizabeth (Leith her first relationship) & they are recorded in 1822 as living at Baulkham Hills. [Some details taken from this Website] ..
