Ellen Leonard, and Ellen Cumming, pleaded guilty to charge of stealing tray and knives and forks, out of Doctor Montgomery's house, in Cuffe-street. The former, being an old offender, was sentenced transportation for seven years. The latter, having only been convicted once before, of felony, in this Court, was sentenced to seven months’ imprisonment, and hard labour, Saunder’s News-Letter, 8 Nov 1832.
