Abraham Eight, 33, and George Hilton, 34, for stealing mare and two colts, from the premises of Mr. John Smith, of Hambledon.— Kentish Gazette, 5 April 1816.




2/4/1816 Kentish Weekly Post or Canterbury Journal Kent, England: SUSSEX ASSIZES- George Hilton and Abraham Light, for stealing a mare and two colts, the property of John Smith, of Hambledon. George Hilton was also on board 'Fame'. 1820: Abraham died and was buried at St. John's, Parramatta. NSW BDM has Abraham listed as 45 years old when he died. Birth dates of C1780, 1783 and 1785 listed on various records.
