Re-offended in NSW 11th Sept 1828. Sentenced to death 19th December 1828, commuted to 14 years in Moreton Bay. Ticket of Leave 10th February 1840 ticket number 40/518. Per the Governor's Minute on Petition by Lloyd Req No 39/11766 Married Jane Read 30/07/1839 at St Phillips Church,Sydney
