Morning Post London, England 7 Aug 1824 ASSIZE INTELLIGENCE Thomas Lloyd and John Brewer were indicted for a burglary and robbery, on the night of the 24th June last, in the house of William Hunt, a boot and shoemaker, at Layton. The prisoners protested their innocence, and said they bought the duplicates and the trowsers from a man whom, unfortunately, they were not able to produce. The Jury found Lloyd Guilty, but Acquitted Brewer.

6/5/1825: On list of convicts forwarded to Appin for distribution. 30/9/1825: Employed by Thomas Rose at Appin - application to marry Rebecca Bone. 7/10/1825: Re permission to marry at Campbelltown. 1829: Ticket of exemption from Government Labor. To reside with his wife Rebecca, came free per "Minstrel". 1830: Ditto 1831: Ditto, but changed to Rebecca arriving per "Sir Joseph Banks". 1832: Ticket of exemption torn up on receiving his TOL 1833: TOL Campbelltown. Rebecca and Thomas had 1 child, Mary Ann Lloyd 1828-1907. 26/5/1838: Thomas died at the Newcastle Hospital, aged 42. He was attached to the Ironed Gang at Harper's Hill.
