HO 47/6/91 1787 Mar 31 Certificate/memorial of John Heath on prisoners capitally convicted on the 'last' Midland Circuit (exceptions listed), but 'some favourable Circumstances' appeared on/after their trial and now recommended to mercy on the conditions set against their names: Warwickshire Lent Assizes at Warwick. Richard Frinchett, Jacob Russell and James Royal Loome, for burglary; Recommendation: 7 years transportation. -------------------------------------------------- Jacob Russell also transported on same ship.
