George Angell Lowe was 31 years old when he pleaded guilty to Embezzlement and was sentenced on 12/1/1826 at the Old Bailey. 1828 Census: On the No.20 Road Gang. 1834: TOL Bathurst. 27/10/1840: COF. 1840: George was a storekeeper at Bathurst, per his marriage certificate. 23/1/1840: Married Mary A Gray, George was a Widower, Mary a spinster, both of Bathurst. They had 4 daughters. Mary was born 1820? in Newtownstewart, Tyrone, Ireland and she died 1901 Sydney. She worked a a dressmaker around Sydney after George's death. 3/3/1842: Insolvency - George was a General Dealer at Bathurst. 1850: George died at Bathurst.
