Daniel Lucey, for picking the pocket of Mr. Thos.Carr— The prosecutor was standing at Daunt's.square, looking at the house of Mr. Laffan, which had been partly burned, and feeling a pull his pocket, turned round and discovered the prisoner with the pocket handkerchief in his hand. Guilty To be transported for seven years. Cork Constitution, 3 April 1827.
