Kent Assizes, Maidstone. T. Luscomb. charged with stealing at Gravesend, a quantity of silver; Kentish Weekly Post, 25 Mar 1817.  H. Martin, for breaking into the dwelling-house of Antoni Bernaschina, (in company with Luscomb.) Guilty, Death.  Thursday morning last were removed, under a strong guard, from his Majesty’s gaol at Maidstone, and put on board the Bellerophon Hulk at Sheerness, for transportation, the  following male convicts, viz. William Beptley, Stephen Briant, Henry Martin, T Luscomb, John Lacey, Samuel Cramp, Woodcock, William Swift, George Gunnell, Willis, William Mannering, John Williams, and John Folkstone, Kentish Weekly Post, 16 Sept 1817.
