Family connections for Paul (Lutherborrow) are: LUTHERBORROW Paul (Lutherburrow) was born on 16 11 1774 in Hull Yorkshire & became carpenter schoolmaster Clerk at Hull Yorkshire. He was tried for grand larceny, forging name, at York Assizes on 9 7 1796, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 18 5 1798 after a voyage of 8months on BARWELL. He was Free by Servitude by 1807. He married Ann (Jackson) on 13 8 1810 at St Annes CofE Hunters Hill Windsor Hawkesbury (or St Matthews). He is recorded in 1828 with Conditional Pardon Life sentence parish clerk with his family at Kissing Point. He died on 10 6 1859 age84 at Benevolent Asylum Sydney. She was tried for larceny at Carlisle Cumberlandshire Quarter Sessions on 9 1 1804 or October 1805, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 11 4 1806 after a voyage of 9months on WILLIAM PITT. She was Free by Servitude by 1812. She is recorded in 1825 with surname (Lowboro) with daughter Ann at Parramatta. She is recorded in 1828 Free by Servitude with her family at Kissing Point. She died on 3 7 1860 age81 at Parramatta district hospital. In the colony, Paul married Ann Jackson (Convict, 1806, “William Pitt”) on 13th August 1810 at Windsor, Hawkesbury, New South Wales. The couple had 5 children between 1807 and 1821.

He had been convicted at York Assizes for a term of 7 years on 9 Jul 1796. The Ship Barwell sailed from Portsmouth, Hampshire, England, and arrived in Sydney, NSW on 18 May 1798 under Master John Cameron. His crime was grand larceny - he forged a name on a bill of exchange in a merchant house in Hull where he worked as a clerk. Because of his literacy he worked as a schoolmaster and clerk as well as a carpenter.
